Looking for the best

I'm getting ready to completely restore my 88 ts6m. I've researched alternative materials to wood for my floor and stringers, and want to make sure that the outcome of this boat is perfect. This is a sentimental boat to me, and not just a toy. Can anybody recommend to me the best shop to do this? I'm having poor luck in Michigan. Local shops just don't seem to be compitent. I'm willing to drive, so I only have to do this once. Thank you.
