New Supra owner here

I am new to the club, just bought a 2002 supra ssv today and figured I would join the forums. Going to give the boat a good cleaning tomorrow and take it out Sunday. I will take some pictures this weekend and post them.

I Cleaned it really good yesterday and taking it out today. I will take pictures of it on the water and post them tonight when we get back.

We were out on the afterbay today lol. It was really windy and choppy and the water was cold but the boat ran great and we had a lot of fun and got a little sunburned but not to bad.

Didn't take a many pictures today but here are some I took when I test drove it.

I was going to go out this evening to Folsom and the wind never died down until about 6:30.... bummer, oh well should be out on Tuesday after the kids get out of school.

Nice looking ride Eric, I have always liked the white/yellow paint scheme. And its nice to see a Nor-Cal guy on the board, there are not too many of us on here!

I do get up to Bullards Bar a few times a year and hoping to get to Oroville this year, will be in Shasta for a week in June... maybe I will see you on the water....

What motor do you have in that year of boat? ballast size?

Those first two pictures that I took from the test drive were actually taken at lake folsom. The engine is the 320hp v8. Make sure to post on here when you are heading up to Oroville and I will let you know if we are going to be out, that will be the lake we are at most this summer. I do want to try to get to Bullards Bar, I have heard it is pretty nice. We are also planning on doing a week up at Lake Almanor this summer.

Nice boat! I would recommend checking out Camp Far West for a weekend camping trip. It is about an hour from Chico, but beautiful and you can get great water early in the year.
