Stereo Unit in 2000 Launch

So some how I lost the faceplate to the stereo on my 200 launch. I pulled the unit but the model number has worn off. What I think I can make out is:

Kenwood KDC-4

Best guess for the whole number is KDC-416S

Any help here?

I am trying to confirm that, in fact, that is the correct model number since the numbers on my unit have washed away.
