I have two questions regarding my 2004 Sunsport SSV.
1. The automatic bilge comes on everytime I slow to pick up a skier or rider. How often should the bilge come on. Is the water entering through one of the vent areas, i.e. blower vents on the stern? It only seems to be a problem when the boat is moving. It has done this since day one. I can see water in the engine compartment, but not up to the plug level.
2. What is the best way to calibrate the speedo? Is it best to use GPS, if so, does anyone know where to rent one. I have been told 3500 rpm equals 35mph, is this accurate. I have a 320 HP assault.
Any thoughts.
