rear ballast switch not workin on 09 24ssv

i reset breaker under the cubby hole that says ballast and the front sack comes on but rear don't i checked fuseboxes and couldnt tell any were blown
or which one if any was for rear ballast
any advice

Ive got the same problem with my 08 24 SSV, Ive got a new pump on order but its never worked correctly. We'll see if that fixes the problem, funny its the same side! Along with that, none of my guages or displays on the dash are working, including the perfect pass!!
