Roswell Bar question???????

I just picked up a Roswell bar from a buddy of mine. He had it painted to match the white tower and in doing so they painted over the led lens on the bottom of the bar. I pulled the lens off an removed the paint. I then noticed that they pulled the wires off the led board as well. I'm guessing to keep it from getting hot under the paint. My question is this...Do you know what the wiring should be on this board? I see a positive and a negative marking on each board and I figure its as simple as one hot and one negative. How should I wire to the plug? I am seeing a red, white and 2 blacks.

I'm assuming the other 4 blacks on the opposite end of the bar are the speaker wires?

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Pass side is speakers and driver is for surf lights and leds under the bar.

It sucks because the speaker side only has room for 2 wires. Wish it had 2 more.
