Can anyone give me a rough idea of $ to hae new carpet and upholstry in a 90 Conbrio. Just a rough idea will do.

Depending on what wood is rotten etc. I would guess 2500 to 3500 depending on quality and design.

I redid all my carpet this year. I fixed one rotten spot under the driver's seat using pressure treated wood and fibreglassing over it, then replaced all the carpet with a 100% synthetic high pile velvet cut home carpet. I didn't use an underlay, just carpet glue.

The whole project cost me 537 bucks, for the carpet, carpet glue, fibreglass and resin. Plus that's in Canada, so a bit more expensive I would think. I got 144 sq feet of carpet, and had quite a bit left over.

It's not that expensive and totally changed the boat.
