I LOVE my boat but I think it is UGLY! haha

When I bought it I had the interior completely redone with white and black striping. I tore off of the ugly purple/pink stickers on it and polished it but could never get the color that was underneath the sticker the same as the rest of the boat..

So basically im looking to get some pinstriping or stickers or something... I dont like the teal but there has so be something that can be done that isnt going to cost an arm and a leg like a boat wrap...

Here is what I did with mine. I had the same problem with where the old stripes were so I re did them with the black and silver.https://forum.supraboats.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=2595&d=1272419877

Do you know what a seaman with an ugly boat and a beautiful boat have in common?...they're both on the water. Don't sweat the small stuff. Your boat is great!!

Fashions & tastes run in circles - heck, even disco has a shot at a come back. That's a clean looking boat - keep the classic teal & update the stripes to match that sharp new interior. You wouldn't want to change the teal or coral on a '55 chevy...

I think it looks great. Try making it look badass with some accessories like board racks or a bimini. Tower speakers, or a nav light.

Dittos. Keep it classic with some updates! Seriously - color is just one ingredient of the nostalgia of these older boats.
All you need now is a sea-foam green Chevy Nomad to tow that baby - that would be AWESOME!

Is the vinyl pinstriping black or blue? A nice big black (or blue) supra logo on the side would look nice... Make sure to get the supra font we can help with that

You could get one big fat pin stripe that went from the teal to the rubrail in black. The black would make the teal pop. That might look good and the black would tie into the interior. Prop looking at a couple hundred bucks for the stripe.

Get a bunch of scantily clad women on there and no one will care what color or how it looks.

If you use it, that is what mainly matters.
They all look the same if they are on land.

It is the one's on the water that look great.

Tazman..you only need to wetsand more. if you still have ghost stripes from the old stripes means you didnt sand down far enough. Go back, $5 in sandpaper and more time and she WILL look brand new again. You can see my pics below and the difference more sanding will make. We these older boats i think they look better or more up-to-date with less stickers or zero stickers, Its just a cleaner look in my opinion. If these links below dont link up just look at my album below. Jet
