Ballast pump not getting power???

I recently had to replace the solenoid for my front ballast in my 04 launch. It was continuously filling and would overflow into the bilge. I had it fixed and now the pump will not fill or empty. Its not coming on at all. I removed the pump and tested outside the boat and it is working. My question is this...is there a relay switch I need to flip or a fuse that may have been blown? I hit the reset fuse on the pump switch panel but I still get nothing. Is there a second fuse?
Here is a pic of the pump. It is a Rule 700 gph.

Found the problem. Second fuse under the dash was blown.
