transmission problems

Hi, I am almost certain that my transmission is not working. I have the gearbox pulled and was trying to disconnect the transmission but having problems. the 4 bolts are screwed off and the engine is lifted up so the transmission should come off. Any advice is appreciated.
I have an 05 22 SSV - v-drive

called supra service tech, likely not the transmission but the plate fly wheel.
