I did EVERYTHING myself;
Stringers, 9sq ft hull replacement, carpet, rebuilt seats ground-up, new foam, bought sewing machine and did all vinyl uphostry, new wiring harness, lighting, audio, mahogony, paint, EVERYTHING,,,4 months

Wow! That is beautiful. Great job. It's always great to see the many skilled people on these boards restoring these boats and keeping them on the water. Excellent work, Darflinger.

Do you have a photo of her from the front? Don't see too many of these boats.

WOW, great job with the boat, how many hrs do you figure. Would you recommend anyone try such upholstery work? I need some done on my 92' sunsport, the fiance is pretty handy with a regular sewing machine.

Thanks !! and yes you can do the upholstry yourself just takes alot of time. the hardest part was getting the machine to walk throught several layers of vinyl smoothly- but i did it with a regular machine.

Also, do I spy an extension you had built onto your garage door? Nice idea!

techsledder- you have a good eye!! I had to temporarally build out my garage 6' to secure the beast. I also had to build a header to hang the boat, so I could pull the trailer and work on the hull. It was prettly unsettling working underneath that thing hanging there!!
