I have an Supra Pirata with 454 Engine. My Prop don´t bring the power in water when i turn the boat. We drive Wakeboard with 350 kg ballast. My Prop is 13 x 14 with 3 blades. What can i do ?

i'm not so sure about what you're saying about power and turning the boat. but, i have a 454 in a saltare and bought an acme 3 blade prop. check out their site... www.acmemarine.com

i think i bought the 541 model. they are very helpful, will listen to how you run the boat and make a recomendation.

I talk with a few prop-freacks. They say the best for wakeboarding is a 4 blade prop with the same diameter. Is steel better than bronce ?

The original prop. for your boat should be a 14x13x1" . If you are doing a lot of boardin', you may want to look at other prop. options. OJ props now have cnc props available. My preference is nibral, the softer metal allows the prop to flex under load and diminish vibration greatly. Another reason is, if you hit something with a nibral prop, it will bend, tulip, or break and they can easily be repaired. The stainless is much harder, it does not bend well, and if you hit something, you can cause damage all the way up to the tranny (my 2 cents worth). Hope this helps. Brian Raymond
