Perfect Pass is no longer working. The bottom two buttons work but the two at the top (the button you turn it on and off w/ ) no longer work. The gage was lose (the metal rim) so maybe it just needs tightened ?
Any suggestions on how to fix ?

I'd start by reseting it and/or unplugging everything and plugging it back in.
you can reset it by holding the top two buttons at the same time. (ha, i realize this may be difficult if the buttons arent working)
you can also try to unplug all the connections and plug it back in. There is a black box underneath the steering column, possible screwed to the same black the steering columns runs beside. There are 5 or so connections there you can unplug and plug back in.
Those are my only ideas as those are the steps i followed when mine messed up not too long ago. Turns out i have a bad servo motor :(

You could also call the Perfect Pass people, I have always found them to be immensly
helpful (for the PP in my old boat) - no issues on this one (knocking on wood)
