I am able to fill my front and rear left ballasts but I can not fill my right rear, if it is filling it takes forever? Its an 04 Launch SSV.
Does each bag have its own pump? or could it be a solenoid? or maybe just a filter?

yeah each bag has its own pump. your filter is probably clean seeing as your other bags fill ok. i would check the pump and see if its making any noise. its in the engine compartment. if you lift the sundeck cover you should be able to fold down the side wall next to the engine and you'll see a little marine pump located on the aft wall right about the rudder plate. turn on the switch and see if it makes noise. if it does then maybe a hose is pinched and you just need to move your bag if no noise you have a bad pump or switch. also check your fuses under the dash.

If 2 bags are filling, it is probably the solenoid which is a common issue. There is 1 pump to fill, separate pumps for draining. Do a search for solenoid and you will find a way to trouble shoot.
