Help NO SPARK!

Hey folks...I have an 88 Sunsport 351 PCM.Opened it up for summer and she won't start. Narrowed it down to no spark from ignition coil. Replaced ignition coil and wires but I am still not getting a spark. Any ideas. If I pull the wire off of the distributor I should see a spark coming from ignition coil wire correct? I have tried this and nuthin. I have also pulled a plug to check from there and nuthin. I have voltage through the resistor to the coil.... I am lost any help would be great.

short/dry rot in electrical wires. i would try to replace the starting solenoid

It turns over great...just no spark. It wouldn't turn over if the starter solenoid was shot correct?

true, u need new ignition pack, or the skidim converter it's 458 buck and it should fix your problem. i have to install one on mine for a simallr reason, my boat wont go over 2300 rpms

Fixed!!...Dirty points...a little contact cleaner and emery cloth and bang....starts first time every time!
