Figured it might be interesting to see various cost (not just gas) compared across the peeps on the forum. Here are some random lake associated cost that came to mind. Feel free to add to the list ...

Cost to launch and park (day use): $3
Cost for a campsite, per night: $10-16
Cost to rent a slip, overnight: $10
Cost to rent a slip, annually: $900-2000
Cost of gas, on land: $2.60ish a gallon (regular)
Cost of gas, on water: $3.00ish a gallon
Cost to rent a cabin, per night: $80 - $100
(cabins must be rented well in advance)
Ice: gotta love the big ice machine, $2 for 22 lbs.
Cost of dry storage: Found a place for $43 a month with tall doors (dont have to fold down the tower)

Footlong sandwhich from subway on the water: $13!!!!

Houseboat Rental: Friday - Friday is $6200 for the big one. 84 ft, sleeps 14.
Houseboat Rental: Friday - Monday is $3400, same boat as above.

Pontoon Rental: $300 per day for 26 ft.
Pontoon Rental: (from expensive resort) is $450 a day for 29 ft.

Gas on water , 3.05 medium per gal....... 2.60 diesel per gal

launch and park $20
rent-a-slip 13 dolars per foot per season
cost of gas on land 2.75 regular

Cost to launch and park (day use): $4-6 or $30 for annual pass
Cost for a campsite, per night: $13 tent up to $23 for full hookups
Cost to rent a slip, overnight: $10
Cost of gas, on land: $3.00 a gallon (regular)
Cost of gas, on water: I try not to purchase this!

St Croix River in Hudson, WI
Cost to launch and park: $3 for city residents, $20 for non-residents.
Cost for a campsite: free -- get there early and stake out an area on an island.
Cost to rent a slip, overnight: $40 (up to 29')
Cost to rent a slip, annually: $180/slip foot.
Cost to buy a slip: $2000-$4000/slip foot
Cost of gas, on water: $3.99 a gallon
Cost of largest boat on river, MIMI 135ft: $25mil

Launching fees: $15-$18 (avg)
Houseboat rentals for 1 week: $7000-$12000 (lake shasta, peak season, largest boat)
Fuel price at dock: $4.60/gallon

I have put 85 hours this year on the boat, x 4 gallons per hour = 340 gallons x $3.29/gallon = $1,118 in fuel costs so far this year... wow, that adds up quick!

gas 115 a litre so X4 =4.60 on land well over 5.00 per gallon on the water..
boat launch 10 $
campsite 15$ per night...
24 of beer (pilsner) 45.00$
