SSV vs. Sunsport V

Is there a difference between the hull of the SSV and the Sunsport V? The sunsport V touts itself as being a very good slalom boat. Is this true? I am still trying to have the best of both worlds. Very good slalom and very good wakeboarding. Does the Sunsport V offer any advantage over the SSV?

As far as I am aware the only differences in the SSV and the Sunsport V is the Rad a Cage wake board package with balast tanks. If you look at the specs, you will see that all other information is the same.

I have skiied behind a DD Launch SS and DD sunsport. Both had the wake plate in about the same position and the launch did not have any water in the balast. The wakes were the same. I would think that it is the same hull. The V on both models probably makes a little larger wake.
