Had the fat sacs in the boat which had the comp riding low. I ended up taking on some water over the back while trying to pick up a rider. Should i be worried about the water that went into the blowers.

It's a boat, it's meant to get wet. I wouldn't be too worried.

You should be fine. You may want to throw a five gallon bucket in the boat to scoop extra water out for next time.

You can disconnect the vent line and drain it out, I would only do this to avoid having any mold/mildew problems. Its easy to get to once you open the engine cover and side fold down panels, you will see it connected to the blower motor. On my '08 it is located on the port side (passenger).
