Today, a Ski Nautique with an extended ski pylon tried to go under one of our bridges. The driver never tried to slow down or even suspect they would hit. Well the boat did go under the bridge for about 4' before stopping. The extended pylon bent and jammed. The boat was jammed under the bridge for a couple hrs. Ultimatly the boat owner had a bunch of people swim and get into the boat. They powered out from under the bridge. The original pylon is bent as well as the floor buckeled. I am sure the mounting is damaged and possibly the stringer mount. Bad luck does happen, but so does ignorance. Like I said, I wished I had a camera. Al
