That sounds suspicious to me unless it has super high hours or something. These are all over the west coast, in fact before i bought my LSV two years ago i was looking used and found three of these '99-'00 in one county alone for around $20K.

I think that it is either a scam or a typo as the same boat is on boattrader.com for $18,500. From the boattrader ad it sounds like the boat has been completely redone, so I doubt it is going for $9000 unless it has seen the bottom of the ocean.

maybe there's no motor. or maybe its hot. or maybe the block is cracked. who knows. I certainly wouldn't buy it sight unseen! but maybe it's a really good deal! rule of thumb - buyer beware!
