Is There a Recall On Roswell Board Racks?

Does anyone know if there is a recall on the stock Roswell board racks which came on the 2008 Sunsport 20V?

Chat with your dealer. Not really an official recall, but they will swap you out or let you upgrade to the upgraded model I believe for a small fee.

Mine started to fail after about 6 months. I contacted Roswell directly and they swapped out the push button swivels to swivels that use a pin instead. They're way better IMO. Was free of charge for me, but that was w/in the first year. I don't think they treated them as a recall item so much as a warranty deal. I've heard outside of that first year, they'll give a discount on the upgraded swivels. Can't confirm that though.

Last I heard they were $100 or $150 bucks for the swap. Everyone seems to really like the upgraded ones though. There is a sticky on here with Roswells info as well. Good luck!

Contact Scott at Roswell, they are $100-$150 dollars for the replacement, a direct bolt-on. As others mentioned, much better design than the push button style.
