older supra Captain seat.. Looking for a plastic insert to put on post then mount

Does anyone else have issues with there captains seat wobbling around? Kinda Sloppy?

I got the clamp Tight on the seat but it seems like im missing something! On my powerplay boat it had the same seat mounting and it had a black "up side down cup looking thing" that went over the post.. Then the seat would clamp on to it and it took the slop out of it and if needed it could still swivel..

Anybody ever have this issue? What was your fix?
