Hey, I'm new here and figured I'd introduce myself and my boat. Anyway, I'm Joel. I live in Athens, AL and frequent Wheeler Lake, Smith Lake, Tims Ford Lake, and Lake Guntersville. I Started wakeboarding behing my buddy's Malibu about 5 years ago. I eventually bought a MasterCraft ProStar 205 that I had to sell in my divorce at the beginning of 2009. Well, I remarried and my wife is a river rat. She absolutely loves being on the water, so we bought a 2005 Supra Comp LTS with 318 hours on it from some friends of ours. I sold Supras for a couple years, part time, for Alabama Watersports up until we went out of business in April of last year. I love Skiers Choice boats and really think they are the best bang for the buck in the wake/ski boat industry. I would have loved to have bought a Launch 24 but funds didn't allow for it right now. But, it's OK because I still like to go for a ski every now and then. The Comp LTS is a perfect blend of ski and entry level wake boat. The wake is flat enough (unloaded) for me to be comfortable on a ski, but with 1000 lbs. of Fat Sacks it's big enough for me to stick decent tricks on my wakeboard. Anyway, here is a pic of her. She's in fantastic shape...

Great looking boat! I have a 96 Comp. Don't be fooled by the "small wake" It is what you make of it. We pull folks who do back flips, 360s, etc. off the Comp wake with a fatsac or two. Plus you can go run the slalom course. Hard to do that in a Launch!

Almost ended up in Huntsville with my job. Found some sweet places on Lake Gunter. Man is that lake big! Anyway we're staying put for a while and frequent Lake Anna.

Oh, I'm just fine with the wake size of this Comp :D Yeah, Guntersville is a nice lake. Wake Factory is the local group here, out of G'ville. When I worked for the dealership, I used an 09 Launch 22 as a demo.

Great looking boat! The Supra Comp never earned the respect within the slalom competition community that it could have. A good marketing department will do that to a boat.

Welcome to the forum.
