I just brought my boat out and put the batteries in and have no power to the panels,motor starts but no aux power any ideas it`s a 2006 ssv launch,also how long should it take for water to come out of exhaust system.

it should take no longer than a minute for water to come out the exhaust. I'm assuming your using a fake a lake and your block was drained for winterization.

check all circuit breakers and battery connections

there is a small lever switch on a breaker on the wall in front of the passenger seat,controls all aux functions.There is a red button to trip it and the lever is difficult to see first time,flashlight is helpfull

Did you forget to hook up a wire that supplies power to the distribution panel from the battery?

I will second the little black lever with the red button breaker. It should be locaded on the wall next to your batteries.
