Ok, So im looking to replace the shaft and prop on my 1992 Impulse... I get vibration out of my shaft and my prop is used and abused, I need advice on what to get.
I want more top end than low end
Is the replacement something i can do on my own?
Where can i get the parts..

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Before spending the money on a new shaft you might want to checkw hether yours is bent or not. I had a wobble in my shaft and turns out the shaft is straight as an arrow, I had worn cutlass bearings which caused the wobble.

Take the shaft to any machine shop or roll it on a glass dining room table to see if it's straight. It sounds like your prop might be the problem but if you're going to replace all three, replace the bearings as well.

I'd call Acme or OJ directly and ask their advice. They'll ask you what you're looking for and take into account your engine, boat and transmission. Lot's of bad information out there.
