VIN # location on 1989 OKT Trailer

Hey guys,
Does any one know if the vin #'s are stamped any where on OKT trailers.
Just bought one recently and need to go register it in NM and the vin on the tongue is on a decal and rubbed off

If you make your own vin they will pass it through just tell them it's never been registered. For example I have an smp and I couldn't find the vin so I used smp70711

just tell them its a home made trailer. No Vin needed
