Cheat Lake WV, anyone?!

Any of you guys on here boat on Cheat Lake here in Morgantown? I just bought my Supra last summer and wasn't sure if anyone was close?! Always cool to meet up with people with similar interests!

I'm just 2 hours away from Cheat, in Parkersburg. My son is there in Morgantown going to school. I've thought about taking the boat up there, but have never been on that lake - do you like it?

This is my first boat so I don't have a ton of experience. I really like it, seems to be clean and not extremely busy as I've heard of some other lakes. Have met some cool people out on the lake and there is a great little cove that we usually tie up in!

If I can get upi that way I'll try to contact you. Dshaff is somewhere close to you I think - he goes to Tygart Lake. I am close to the Ohio River in Parkersburg and we also go to Summersville Lake on occassion.

Sounds good Csuggs, also posted the same over on the Moomba forums. Couple guys over there have been or are close to here. I threw out the idea of a mini Supra/Moomba meet sometime in August! Could be a good time!

im down there usaully 4-6 times a summer.. spend most my time at tygart lake... usually hit up the cove with the rope swing or the inlet..

Mine is a 2000 Santera, not one of the newer ones but I've seen many as well. That's why I wondered how many people were on these forums. A mini meet could be a good time
