http://i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd361/ditchsnake1/bimini004.jpg The three Kicker amps power my three towers and a pair of 650 coax in the cockpit. The other four 650's are powered by a 4 channel alpine and my jl audio sub is powered by an alpine mono block. Sounds good. Real good.

Bad ass. That's a great color scheme, powerful, but subtle too. Congrats.

Great amp idea I never thought of turning them on there side. I got them long ways and the wiring looks much cleaner! Very nice!

Nice! So each amp is essentially driving one Wet Sounds speaker on the tower? Wow! It is amazing to me how much power those Wet Sounds need.

Hey Okie, one of the two 550.2 amps run the pro 485 bridged @ 4 ohm gives me 617 watts. On the other 550.2 each channel runs a pro 80 with 214 watts @ 4 ohms. The other 250.2 runs a pair of the wetsounds 650's at 85watts @ 4ohms. The other four cockpits are run by an alpine pdx 4.100 which gives me 129 watts @ 4 ohms per speaker. I have a pdx 1.600 mono block that gives me 600 watts @ 4ohm for my sub.Talked a lot with the smart guys at wet sounds and they are the ones that talked me into powering their speakers with that much juice. They were telling me that distortion is what kills them not too much power. Guess we'll see how long they hold up. Gain on the amps are not turned up too high either which should really help. Did you notice the pic with the JL audio sub and the wet sounds grill. Not too noticable and I don't think it looks too cheesey.

Yup, lots of power. That's a pretty good set up. I noticed the JL label and was kind of wondering about that.

Okie I love JL audio subs. They only require .5 cu ft airspace for sealed enclosures. Did want it to match the wet sounds speakers though. Dusty I live in Denver

Sweet looking boat, and I bet that setup sounds awesome. Where do you ride at? I'm in Denver too. Are you going to the Mile High Meet and Greet in a few weeks? I'd love to hear your boat.

Ya well be there. Loop A sp 16. Look for an old bastard with a nice boat. Well compared to the rest of you. We're at Pueblo about every weekend. We actually are going to be there next weekend from the 20th to the 23rd on the north side. We are always looking for more people in the boat . A lot of the time it's just the wife and I and I'm going to get caught boarding with just two people. Send me a pm Gene

Nice looking SSV! That system must be quite LOUD.... after using my 2-Pro 80's for a few outtings I can only imagine what your system must put out. I actually had my son (17 years old) tell me the music was too loud... have been really impressed with the PRO 80's!

Congrats, and have a great season... hopefully you have been able to get out on the water recently.

Hey John, I'll take a hundred for both. And I'll bring it to you. I'll send a pm about the cover. I love my truck. It's a quiet desiel, rides like a caddy and runs like a raped ape.

Mikey they (she) all look smart when you throw money at them. Or were you talking about the boat.
