any one know what the part number for the belt's on a 86 supra sunsport pcm ford 351.
neeed belt numbers for the small and big belt on the motor so I can go to napa and pick up some spare's...

Should be the same as any other mid 80s 351. For almost any part on my 454 I just go in and tell them I'm buying it for an 85 Suburban with a 7.4L.

Won't work for the raw water pump, and on a 351w it won't work for the alternator either. Ford alternators are typically mounted low on the passenger side. Marine setups are goofy for accessory positioning so referencing a car application won't help. Either bring your old belts or measure them for length and width.
