Not sure on a 92 but my 89 351 uses a Motorcraft FL-1A oil filter and my 08 PCM 350 uses the same. The fuel filter is a remote canister style see pic.I use Mobil 1 15w50 in all my boats.

According to PCM you should use dexron III in the trans. If the fluid you have is brown its probably motor oil and will need to be flushed out 3 times with dexron III. You will have to remove the cooler line to drain the trans. The engine should have a long hose attached to the bottom of the oil pan. Remove the center plug in the bottom of the boat in front of the engine. Push the hose through the hole and remove the hose cap from under the boat.
Its best to have the engine and trans warm it will take some time even with warm oil. I start the oil change the night before and let drain over night. For reference go to CorrectCraftFan forum click on Reference at the top header the have a complete library of PCM Manuel's on line.

I use Valvoline 10W-30, but may switch to Mobil One with this new engine. Fram PH5 oil filter (Indmar assault 350). I have to run the valvoline during the break in, the mobil one lubricates TOO well and doesnt allow the rings to seat as well (according to the builder).

I would rethink the Fram oil filter they are not rated very good. The Mobil 1 or K&N filters are the best. If you switch to Mobil 1 go with the 15w50 it has the additives needed for older engines and works well on new too.

I get a bad time about the Fram oil filters from a lot of people....I like the rhino coat bottoms...I know I know...but I change the oil so often it's not really an issue what filter I use (yes, I'm trying to rationalize). typically once a month through the summer.
