Amsoil users? Oil change question

Hey everybody,

I am going to do my yearly oil change on the boat before our big weekend of skiing. It has been so long since I have changed the oil I completely forgot what kind of oil and how much to use?
I use Amsoil in everything that I own but cant remember if it was 10w-40 or 15w-30??

I would also like to change the transmission oil since I have yet to do it since I have owned the boat. Is there some sort of instructions on this site? Also what oil and how much do I use for that?

I use 20-50 in my motor. My trans uses ATF. Without knowing what year and type of transmission I can't tell you what type fluid and how much.
