Depending on the type you can mount them above the trim tab, or in between the platform mounts. Are they round? Or Oval shaped like ShadowCasters?

Jet -- You should spend less time buying parts and more time making sure your boat sees water some day.

Ooooouch.

I mean he does own a Comp, you'd think he would measure and check dilligently before ordering things. But hey, that must be how they do things in Texas.

Haha! I just picture Jet trying to shut his garage-door while it's over flowing with all of these parts that he's bought while his boat sits in the front yard up on blocks with the cap pulled off. My neighbors all give me crap for working on my boat every night... but.... I can at least justify it with putting on 150+ hours/year. ;)

Im thinking about 6 ozium spot lights. 3 on each side. I think the are round and about the size of a 50 cent pc.

Jet, here's a picture (pre-wetsand) of one of the Oznium spots mounted on my Sunsport's transom. I know it's not what you wanted, but you can at least see some size comparison to the Supertrapp.

Well hurry up and get it done so I can see how those Ozniums really work in dark lake water.

I'd really like to see what their flood lights look like in a boat. I want to get some, but am afraid they'll be TOO bright.

OK done! I ordered 8 of the spot lights. Looks like 3-ea side and 2-middle. Dtha on here said that his wake plate was blocking the downward light..so Im moving mine out to the edges. Pics later.

Hey Jet, wish I saw this post earlier, was out boating last night and didn't log on. Here is a picture of what you need. Between the two bullet lines lights is about 7". And each light is 3" in diameter. Like I said, be sure you mount them higher than mine, because they will deflect into the wakeplate. From the tip of my wakeplate to the swim platform is 9-5/8".

Best of luck, Hope your's turn out better than my first attempt did, because I had to mount my shadowcaster crooked cause the bullet lines were so close. I'm embarressed to let anyone see it out of the water considering I do stuff similar to this for a living.....

Jet, sorry I didn't get on and see this. You're going to be really happy with the Oznium's and especially the price you paid for them. I live on a river where there is literally about one foot of visibility on a sunny day and the lights hold their own fairly well, and I only have two of them not 8.
