Rudder Slop

I\'m the new owner of an 87 Sunsport Skier and have several questions. First off my rudder has what I call \"slop\" in the shaft, which to me means that I can wiggle it from side to side about 1/4\". Should I be concerned? If so, how do I fix it? I\'m also wondering if I have to remove the rudder to get the prop off. I\'d like to get it refurbished but the rudder is in the road when I try to use a large gear puller. Finally does anyone know where I can get a replacement speedometer, be it new or used?
