Has anyone else had there XTP tower crack at the holes drilled for the light and speaker wires. I noticed a crack on one side last week. When I took it off I then noticed the other side was cracked also. Starting from the hole drilled (by whoever drills them) for the light bar and speaker wires. I have some pictures I will post later.

Gack - now I want to look! I know what kind of stress YOU are putting on that tower, not that different at my house.

Todd I always drive my boat. The other day riding/talking with Rick Mason with BJ driving and that's when I noticed the crack on one side.

I have always ran the Comptech Release and never has it shown more than 700lbs(very rare) of pull. Usually 500-600lbs. It starts on the main frame of the tower at the speaker wire hole and goes up and over the tubing. Not any part of it is near a weld. Strange HUH?? Check yours.
The other side is cracked too just not as noticeable Same spot.
