So after the first season of having the Supra we decided that the stock Roswells just weren't cutting it. ( 3 of the 4 cones are starting to crack) So the off season project is obviously to take care of this. What fun is wakeboarding without any tunes! Decided on getting a pair of WetSounds Rev8's and an alpine PDX-5M 5ch Marine Digital Amp.

Looking for some input on this setup

Yeoh, I would love to hear that setup if that is what you go with. I am just up the road in Dayton, let me know if you need a pull or willing to give one. I just can't get my boat out enough as my crew are too fair weather. I just rewired my stock 05 Kenwood system with a Clarion EQ and HSE Volume control. Very nice improvement, but the systems is cutting out at higher volumes. Hope to resolve that over the winter.

If you don't have a Wet Sounds dealer close to you, PM me. I'm not too far down the road from there. I actually have a customer from Indy.

Thanks for the replies. I'm getting the wet sounds from a friend who is now upgrading to the Rev 10's. The Rev 8's weren't big enough for him I guess. Yeah we do all the boarding on the Ohio just east of Markland. Galatin County not sure if you are familiar with it.

No I have not been on the River yet. Always wanted to cruise the Ohio and hit some of the cool places near Cincy. From looking at the map, you appear to be almost equal distances from Louisville, Lexington, and Cincy. Guess it depends on how far East of Markland you are. I have hit the closer of the three casinos down there, but not Belterra. How does it compare if you have been? How long would it take you to cruise over to downtown Cincy?

I typically run on a small Metro Park Lake, Eastwood, or larger crappy water lake Caesar Creek. I have hit East Fork State Park on the East Side of Cincy before and it was pretty nice.

Heres a pic of mine with the wetsounds in the tower also changed out the interior speakers and put a new sub and enclosure with 3 amps. It is heard all over the lake now...I love it.

@Sluggo We are just East of Markland and as far as Belterra goes its just another casino although they have a great buffet. All you can eat crab legs every saturday night. Don't know exactly how long it would take to go from where were at up to Cincy. I'm just going to call it multiple hours non stop, never done it. Just about the only times Ive hung around cincy is for a concert at Riverbend or after taking some sets on the Licking River. And yeah the water around cincy might be radioactive, but the water down where we're at is normally pretty clear.

@JDub That's a sweet setup, looks like 2 Pro 80's and a Pro 485 and a crew that enjoys them.

I noticed another thread on the forums here talking about the same problems I've had with the same Roswells on the exact same model boat. Supra should just put in WetSounds OEM. That would set them apart from MC.
