Winterizing ?s

I would like try and winterize the boat myself for the first time this year. First off I am not the most mechanical person in the world. Is there a step by step idiot proof method of doing this? The boat is a '06 21V with the 340. About how long should it take...I will then probably double that time for myself of course:)
