  1. Yeah. Mine are not in the perfect shape that these guys are in after they've been restored, but they're definitely not in need of a redo. I did not have any standing water. There are some very minor issues every place there was a cross-member (which supports the floor). But I'm going to treat those places with CPES and fiberglass it all up. I've currently got all the cross members replaced and am about to start putting in the new floor. I'm very satisfied that it's going to be very strong and last for a very long time. I plan on putting a full rebuild message string online with pics soon. I'd like other people to see that it doesn't always have to be a complete rebuild.
  2. Glad to hear your stringers are in good shape, gives me some hope that mine might be ok as well, I just bought a 87 saltare and hoping the stringers are ok, contrary to what I have read here! Well fingers are crossed,Devon
