I'll be out this Saturday early afternoon around 1-2. We are taking our son out for the first time! The launch is off of water street; just turn east off of 1st street onto national avenue then turn left onto water. The launch is almost never busy. I would do a top end build on your motor. Peruse through Summitracing... there are so many magnitudes to which you can do it... it just depends on what kind of power you're looking for.
Hell yah man. I work for Skipper Marine right off of becher and the kk river. I usually launch my boat there or at the public launch on the river by harborside. Hopefully this weekend will be a good weekend to get out. My wife and I are hinkering to go...
