Hey bud I ride a Liquid Force Watson 142. It's extra wide so keep it 2-4cm shorter than you would normally pick. It's one of the most popular boards ever made and imho a real winner. It's really poppy but not too wild. The spine down the middle makes flats landings much nicer. The rails are rounded in between your feet to be forgiving but sharper near tip and tail so you can still lock in. I am a HUGE huge fan of LF bindings too. Look for a metal base plate. A boot should have an outer hard shell and a soft inner liner. I dont like single piece boots. The inner liner should only have only have one piece, the onces with two parts like a rear and then a tongue/front part suck because there are more pressure points there.
What kind of wakeboard do you ride. I remember you talking about how it had great pop. It might have been red?
