We just thought that the bench seat gives you more seating, more leg room and everything. That middle jump seat they pu in there is pretty worthless haha. We did everything ourselves, wasnt too bad. The stringers were good. The hardest part was the upholstry which my wife did. I didnt think she could do it but she knocked it out of the park. We love the black and blue, and Washington never gets so hot that the vinyl is too hot. Good luck and lemme know what you decide.

Sounds like a good plan, I will look er over when I take possession of it here inthe next few weeks. I have found somebody ( an upholsterer) to re-do my interior, like the seats and what not, I would like do re-do the flooring, but this is when I start questioning how far to go, definetly want to replace the carpet.... and possibly the subfloors, but do I pull off the sub-floor to find out the stringers are in no condition to adhere new floors to..? Like opening up a can of worms in s sense.... So I will play it by ear, either way, definetly looking forward to adding some weight , and doing some surfing, look like the supra saltares are the ideal boat for this, without spending 40,000 grand to do so..haha, well keep you posted, if you have any ideas just shoot me message, always perceptive to new ideas.. Yeah. Mine are not in the perfect shape that these guys are in after they've been restored, but they're definitely not in need of a redo. I did not have any standing water. There are some very minor issues every place there was a cross-member (which supports the floor). But I'm going to treat those places with CPES and fiberglass it all up. I've currently got all the cross members replaced and am about to start putting in the new floor. I'm very satisfied that it's going to be very strong and last for a very long time. I plan on putting a full rebuild message string online with pics soon. I'd like other people to see that it doesn't always have to be a complete rebuild.
