Thanks man... I saw pics of the 2008 21ss and 22ss with the Big Block letters. I had Judy Welch graphic design make them for me. All I did was e-mail her pics of the 08' 21ss, and she came to my boat for a consultation. She made them to spec for about 50 bucks.
I would find the number of a local marine graphic maker...

Hey there sorry I don't have a full write up yet, because it's not totally finished or polished off yet. There are many kinds of systems. First you need to decide what kind of pump. Aerators are faster, quieter, draw less power, and a bit cheaper but require one pump to fill and one pump to drain each sac plus the extra plumbing. If your boat has room for all the pumps this is the way to go. Sump pumps like Jabesco or Simer are reversable pumps so they fill and drain using the same line. They are a bit slower, louder and use a bit more power. They are much more powerful pumps though so you can put a couple sacs on one pump.

If you want to see awesome Aerator setups in Supras check out Montgomery or Vette (I think there is a number after his name I can't remember it right now). They are on WakeWorld, search for supra ballast system. Let me know if you need links. We should start a thread about this on SupraBoats!

I use four sacs for wakeboarding, two in back, two in front. For surfing, we drain the front starboard (drivers side) sac, and then fill the surf sac which is on the port rear floor. For wakeboarding it really needs a little more rear weight then I have now. You probably have it right. Last year, though, my prop wasn't right to run that much weight. I am also adding 100lbs or more in flat dumbell weights in the back. Somewhere. :P

With mine currently every sac has a valve and they are all hooked up to ONE pump. To fill I open one or two sac valves untill full. Then open a new valve and close the full sac valve. They can all fill at once if you want, but they are different sizes and heights off of the floor (gravity plays a big part) so they fill at different rates. When they get full the powerful Simer pump will burst the sacs if you don't either turn it off or have an overflow line on top of each sac. Then when they get full water pours out the side of the boat. These are for safety and I would recommend them. I am adding mine soon. Aerator pumps aren't as high pressure so less chance to pop sac. The sacs are very strong and you would have to forget about it for quite a long time, but it is possible. I would ONLY recommend FlyHigh brand sacs and only models from the last few years (dont buy any used that are real old).

For the rear seat I have pics of how I cut out the center supports they should be in my gallery on wakeboarder.com under wakemikey. I can't remember if we added any new supports but I dont think so. No issues with people sitting on the seats. It fits a Fly High Locker sac but it doesn't totally fill up. If you unscrew and lift up your hinged top that covers the base of the bench seat, it screw out from the floor with just a couple screws. Some people end up with a bit of rotten wood but ours was pretty good. There is also some extra room behind the seat but in front of the gas tank. I am thinking about trying to expand the rear seat even more to make it hold the full sac it would really help. Right now it only holds about 250lbs and it's not really enough to do much.

I am starting to talk to other SunSport owners who feel that the rear ski locker can be a problem if you let a lot of water into it. It can run out the vents on the floor of the locker and it may not rear the bilge area. Be careful with getting water around the edges of the boat or anywhere not above the bilge valley. We always hang our wet lifejackets on the tower to dry where they hang outside the boat.

Have you tried surfing yet? Our boats can put out a great wave and it is super fun I would highly recommend it all it would take is your big sac on the rear floor on port side. Drive 10-11mph.

To get fresh water I tapped into the raw water intake. No effect whatesoever and if you are worried leave the boat off. Pump is under the spotters seat. Goes through the wall and into the gunwale. Main fill/drain hose runs the full length of the gunwale to bring water to rear and front sacs.

Beware that the rear ski locker sac is higher than the floor sac under the rear seat. Gravity will put a lot of pressure on the rear sac if they are on the same pump unless there is a valve between them. It's not a big deal but I will be putting a seperate pump on that ski locker sac so it's totally automated.

This stuff can get pretty complicated let me know if you wanna chat on the phone some time. Whew!

I plan on adding two more pumps for three total (total of 5 sacs) each pump with it's own rocker switch, and overflows on the four main hidden sacs (with one way swing check valves). I will someday add dedicated through hull pickups. Then it will be ready for a full writeup LOL!
