I am having the calendars printed and the cost will be $16.00 shipped. I can handle Paypal or check in the mail, whichever is most convenient for you.

3. The quantity that you want
As soon as I get payment from everyone I will ship in the first two weeks of December. (This will keep the cost of the calendars low)
