Prop from 2001 Sunsport direct drive

I've got a prop that I'm trying to find info about. It's stamped with the following: 1310LS-X2, 0007, and 13x13 LH 1" . I tried searching the first part and found a post on teamtalk saying it is a prop from Cutter Marine. I assume they are out of business as I couldn't find anything about them. Anyone know anything àbout them or this prop?

31-13 is pretty small for a sunsport sounds like its off a comp.
