Parts for a 1991 Supra Skier

I've called over a dozen boat reclyclers, used parts marine shops, etc. and have come up empty handed.

Looking for a "Tilt Column" for a 1991 Supra. It is the adjustable part of the steering wheel; the bearings are a little worn
causing the steering wheel to move around loosly.

Also looking for the metal, usually black, rings around the speedos.

Any direction would be appreciated.
