Thanks, I have that one and been wire checking. All the relays seem to work properly, fuses also good. Just not getting the ground out of the ecu for the pump and probably something on the ignition since it doesn't start when you jump 12v to the pump to run it. I sure was counting on the tester to show a code so we don't have to throw parts at it.Quote:

I pulled the boat out of the water with no issues, parked it for a couple weeks then went to fire it up to winterize it and she wouldn't start.
I ended up jumpering the fuel pump relay at one point and got the boat to fire on its own and run but only after putting in the relay back in, but the relay just sounded like hell. I replaced the relay, but it is still clicking and making all kinds of terrible noises, so it is obviously getting some kind of intermittent signal somewhere. All of the fuses were solid.
I'm thinking it might have something to do with the ignition switch, but I haven't had time to investigate it...I'll probably have to wait until spring.

I have very similar issue? Blows fuel pump fuse randomly, after sitting for awhile and or if I have accessories on.... May blow 1 time or 5 times then doesn't for weeks??????

I thought ours was relay as everyone is checking. Took it to a mechanic who said they pulled the back wall off behind the bench seat, as there is a separate inline fuse before the relays that is easier to reach this way. Didn't know about this fuse. Check wiring before the relay block by vdrive.
