You can't.... have to pull the shaft... they are cutless bearings. I've never figured out why they don't put some kind of stainless needle bearings in there.

Chcek for wood rot at the motor mounts...snaps a shaft every time.

What's a good replacement prop? Any have specs or recommendations?
