Went for a little ride today... first time taking this boat out. She ran great! Had an inaugural beer on board with my buddy to celebrate.

And here is the completed barn. I still have more grading to do, but once I get the boat back on the trailer, it has a new home.

Well right now it's my trailer rebuild project, but after that it's back to being my workshop. My wife's car needs a little attention and I haven't been able to do anything on it over the winter due to the boat being there.Quote:

Tonight I'll use some body filler and finish her up and prep her for paint. This will be the GFs ski at some point so.... it will be pink, of course. ;)
I took her out for her maiden voyage today on lake Lanier in north ga. Man that baby ran like a top!

Went up to the lake house this weekend to do some projects before the season starts. Didn't bring the boat with me as I had a lot to do, and the water was only 43* so would have been a bit chilly. I plan to get the boat cleaned up and ready to go in the next couple weeks, fortunately the water back home is around 60*, plenty warm.
