A local bank puts on a fireworks show at our home lake. Always makes for a great 4th!
a jonyb appearance...still loving that ride and she's looking good.
We started off the 4th of July weekend on a boat of a different type...

No good pics of the fireworks, but we were front row of all the boats on the water. Cranking the music to the simulcast. A little drama when some of the fireworks ash got in my son's eye, but he ended up okay. Exhausting to be on the river for the fireworks, but by next year I'm sure I'll forget about all the negatives and do it again.
Thanks okie! We sold the boat in January 2012, the owner was on here. He sold it recently to a guy I know about an hour away. He brought it in for a new ws420 a few replacement tweeters in the xs650's, and a new stereo tune up. All the old wet sounds equipment is still in it and still going strong. The 2 12" XXX's were still hammering too.
Here is a couple morning shots from Green Lake WI on the 4th. My buddy had is quad out taking pictures.
Couldn't get them to show up off my google drive but here are the links... if someone else wants to make them show up feel free :)

WS and Doomswell. What more does a guy need?!?!?
I approve.
Although Brock would cry and scold you seeing the board in a board rack. Heck, he doesn't even like to see my board up on my Cargo Bimini! I'm too scared to put mine in a board rack. I think the forks would trash the board.
I'm extremely careful with it in the racks. I always put the traction pad down, and place the pad on the fingers of the racks so the boards resting on the traction pad, not the actual board. BTW, you better approve of my setup. I was the one that turned you onto the doomswell boards ;) You're welcome.
Sorry, you don't get the credit for that. hehehe :-)
I rode a doomswell before you ordered yours. and fell in love with it after the first ride. It was June 8, 2014 when I rode my first Doomswell Drone 4'4. It was a hand shaped board that Brock had made before he started really pumping out more of them. Doomswell wasn't even on my radar until I rode one.
You certainly did own one before me though. I had thrown down on a Ronix Koal Illuminati and that was my 'goto' board when I rode the Drone. So I had to sell my Ronix before I could come up with some of the money to order up the Nubstep.
You can see it's the red board on the top of the Port side board rack. They called it the "red rocket". And ironically my Ronix is below it, and didn't even know its days were numbered.

Resealing my platform brackets and a few other transom pieces turned into a compound and polish job. Compounded the transom which I didn't do last time. Did the stripe on the top cap, and touched up a few spots on the hull, then did a quick polish. Think I've washed the boat half a dozen times today. Don't feel like waxing, but I have a feeling wax is coming up after I cool down a bit.

I'll have more pictures and details shortly once I finally finish up my project but here are a few sneak peaks of my progress as of earlier this month...
