Momma requested ribs --
got a few hours to go - this time I am trying the 3-2-1 method to see if they are a little more tender. ALWAYS tasty, but the last few have been a little tough...
Have 30 minutes left in the foil, then back into the smoker for another hour ... smelling pretty dang good around here!
Looks good. No special requests in our house. The boys did make momma breakfast though.

Had back surgery on April 4th to repair a ruptured disc, so activity wise, I'm at a standstill.
Given the green light to resume wakesurfing next weekend - yee haa!
Were having a mini jamboree in Clermont next Saturday in case you can make it down.
We all will be on Lake Minneola - right around TheWakeBoard Camp.
I think of you now and then when I pass by the entrance of the subdivision where your buddy lives.
Ya know, from my house it would be quicker to walk there than drive...but you would have to scale the fence to the landfill.
