2007 Supra Information Center Only Visible with Navigation Lights on

Hey Everybody!

I have recently noticed that the Information Center (the LED display at the top center of the instrument panel) is not visible unless I turn on the navigation lights. I tried looking under the dash to see if maybe I could locate a loose wire or something, but I was not able to see anything. It looks like I may have to pull the entire panel to inspect it. Does anyone have any thoughts on this before I do this?

Also, has anyone installed an adjustable rheostat to this gauge for operation after dark? The information center on my boat kills your night vision!
